1. Acceptance of Terms

Before using MintMetric ("the App"), you must affirmatively accept these Terms of Service in the App. If you do not agree, you may not use the App's ordinary features. You may still use the controls provided to review the terms, export locally stored holdings data, erase the local vault, delete your account, manage an app-store subscription, sign out, update the App, or contact us. Contact us for an access copy of other account data.

2. Description of Service

MintMetric is a mobile application for tracking precious metals holdings. It provides portfolio management, periodically updated spot quotes, melt value calculations, and data export functionality.

3. Not Financial Advice

MintMetric is an informational tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Spot prices are provided for informational purposes and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

4. Spot Price Disclaimer

Spot prices displayed in the App are sourced from third-party data providers and are provided "as is." We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data. Spot prices are for reference only and should not be used as the sole basis for buying or selling decisions.

Quotes are fetched and cached periodically rather than streamed tick by tick. Check the displayed quote timestamp; if a provider is unavailable, the App may show the last available quote. Historical valuation charts reprice your current unsold holdings at past metal prices, using current exchange rates and excluding copper history. They do not reconstruct your purchases and sales over time or measure investment returns.

5. User Accounts & Data

The free tier requires no account. Your data is stored locally on your device, and you are solely responsible for backing up your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or APIs
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Use automated systems to excessively query our spot price API

7. Pricing & Purchases

Free tier: Free has no time limit and requires no payment. It includes up to 20 active purchase lots (sold history does not count toward this limit) and sold/quantity tracking, 1 local photo per holding stored on your device, and one month of price history.

A purchase lot is a purchase record in your holdings. A record can contain several coins, bars or rounds; its quantity does not use additional slots in the active-lot allowance.

NGC certificate lookup: Free and Pro both include a link that opens NGC's official certificate lookup. NGC performs the certificate check on its own website; MintMetric does not verify or guarantee any certificate or coin.

Pro (auto-renewing subscription): Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription — $4.99 monthly or $39.99 annually; the monthly and annual plans include the same Pro features. Pro adds unlimited active purchase lots and unlimited on-device photos per holding (no in-app photo-count limit; subject to available device storage), all available price-history ranges, insurance and estate PDF export, tax-lot reports for USD holdings using US cost-basis methods (informational estimates only, not tax advice, and not a substitute for other countries' filing rules), bulk CSV/Excel import, encrypted sync, and encrypted cloud backup of your records. Cloud backups retain up to five completed archives; when a new backup would exceed five, the oldest archive that you have not pinned is replaced. You can pin up to two archives. Pinning does not change the retention period that applies after a subscription ends. Each backup can be up to 99 MB.

Price at purchase: The app shows your localized recurring price before you confirm the purchase, and the app store charges that price at the time of purchase.

Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you normally keep Pro access until then, except where the app store or applicable law provides immediate cancellation, revocation, or a prorated refund. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

The amount you are charged is the price displayed by your app store in your local currency at the time of purchase. Purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective billing and refund policies.

What's included: encrypted sync and cloud backup are included in Pro. Pro is sold only as the monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription described above, with no separate add-on purchase.

If Pro lapses: your local holdings, imported records, saved holding and certificate metadata, existing local photos, and CSV/JSON exports remain on your device and are never deleted or hidden because Pro lapses. Free limits apply again: one month of market price history, no bulk import or new Pro reports, and no new lots or photos beyond the Free allowances. New sync uploads and cloud backups also stop. Existing cloud backups follow the grace and retention policy in our Privacy Policy.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

How to cancel. Your subscription is billed by the app store you bought it from, and you can cancel it yourself at any time in that store's subscription settings:

• iOS: open your App Store subscription settings, select MintMetric, then cancel — Apple's instructions.
• Android: open your subscriptions in the Google Play app, select MintMetric, then tap Cancel subscription — Google's instructions.

What cancelling does. Cancelling stops future renewals. You normally keep Pro until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and cancelling does not by itself refund that period.

Refunds. Refund requests are handled through the app store you paid:

• Apple App Store: Apple handles App Store cancellation and refund requests. You can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple's refund instructions.
• Google Play: on request, we can cancel your subscription or refund a charge through Google Play's developer tools where Google makes that available. You can also ask Google for a refund under Google Play's refund policies.

Whether a refund is given depends on the app store's policies and the circumstances; we do not promise a refund for every request.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement, including remedies if the service is faulty or not as described. Those remedies are separate from the discretionary refunds the app stores offer.

9. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into MintMetric. We claim no rights to your portfolio data, transaction history, or personal information.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from reliance on information provided by the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintMetric and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses based on spot price data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Each published revision has its own effective date. When a revision materially changes your rights or obligations, the App will identify the revised terms and require your affirmative acceptance before ordinary use continues. Other revisions may be communicated as a notice without requiring a new acceptance. We do not treat background use or silence as acceptance when the App says an affirmative response is required.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to paid features if you violate these terms. A suspension, termination, required legal review, or unsupported App version may prevent ordinary use, but it will not remove the dedicated controls provided to export locally stored holdings data, erase the local vault, request account deletion, manage an app-store subscription, or contact us for access to other account data.

14. App Store Terms

Apple App Store. If you downloaded MintMetric from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your licence to and use of the App. These Terms separately govern your MintMetric account, subscription, data, and use of services provided by Nimbus Foundry, LLC; they do not replace Apple's Standard EULA. Nimbus Foundry, LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the MintMetric service and its content under these Terms. Apple is not a party to these Terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using MintMetric.

Google Play. If you obtained MintMetric from the Google Play Store, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Nimbus Foundry, LLC, not Google, is responsible for the MintMetric service and its content.

15. Contact

Licensor. MintMetric is licensed to you, not sold, by Nimbus Foundry, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Nimbus Foundry," "we," "us"). These Terms are an agreement between you and Nimbus Foundry, LLC.
